Refund Policy

 
At Studio Tekk, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds.
 

1. Advance Payment
  • Studio Tekk Products: An advance payment of 50% of the total invoice value is required to commence processing your order.
  • Custom Products: An advance payment of 75% of the total invoice value is required for custom orders.
  • Non-refundable: Please note that advance payments are non-refundable once an order is placed. Upon making the advance payment, it is understood that the customer has accepted all terms and conditions stated.

    2. Cancellations and Modifications
  • Once an order is placed and the advance payment is made, no modifications to the product can be made.
  • Cancellations are not accepted after the advance payment is made.

    3. Warranty and Replacement
  • We provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Replacement products may be issued for genuine manufacturing-related damage claims within one year from the date of sale.
  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations to the product.

    4. Return and Exchange Policy
  • Delivered products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Each batch of wood is unique, and slight variations in shade may occur compared to reference images. This natural variation is not considered a defect and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    5. Additional Information
  • Any applicable taxes imposed by law, including service tax, shall be the responsibility of the client and will be charged in addition to the gross fees for the services provided by the company. Currently, we apply an 18% GST.
  • Studio Tekk Products require a lead time of 6-8 weeks, whereas Custom Products necessitate 10-12 weeks for production, subject to variations due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Transportation fees are separate and will be communicated to the customer on the day of delivery. Deliveries are limited to ground level, with the option to deliver up to the Ground Level Elevator if available.
